Interview
informal group interview, asked to work as teams to sell different products, do a few demos etc etc. the hiring team were really friendly, and although i messed up a few times nobody treated me like an idiot. just felt like we were all friends (friends who were passive/aggressively fighting for the same job) but friends none the less. OH and we also got a free bath bomb, which was nice to cry in when i got home and found out i didn't get the job ( joke )

Question 1
if you could be any LUSH product what would you be?
Started with emailing in a cover letter and my CV. This was followed by a group interview which was mainly comprised of getting to know each other, we also completed some role playing exercises and showed how we would demo a bath product on the shop floor. This was then followed by a Shop Floor Trial where managers watched to ascertain how you would fit in on the shop floor.
