I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Stirling, Écosse) in Aug 2020
Interview
There was a group interview where we had to discuss products and marketing them.
Each of us selected a product and essentially practiced the sales/ad technique we would use in-store.
It was fine and easy enough to do if you're actually keen on or use their products.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lush (Exeter, Angleterre)
Interview
Group interview with 4 different tasks. Most of the interviewees had already worked there and knew the interviewers. Everyone was shouting over each other to prove they were the most 'confident' and knew the most about the products.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lush (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2019
Interview
There's a first round in store when you hand in your CV. They ask you some simple questions, some about lush products. If you pass that you go to the next stage. It was a large group interview. Fun and interesting. Lots of group exercises and demonstrations. Active participation is definitely necessary. You're scored at different stations on how well you do. It can be hard to stand out because there's such a large group. Although they do split people up into groups of 6 or 7 for most of it.
