Question 1
What do you know about our values and the work we do here at Lush?
Hands on making ballistic balls, shown around the facilities, smelt amazing, friendly team. They were happy with my ability in making ballistic balls so I sat down in private room for an interview and providing I was successful they took my shoe size to provide footwear while working there.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lush in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied 2 days before, got a call in the morning the very next day after I applied. They said I should come down for an interview in which I would be interviewed and demo my bath bomb making skills. Said to bring passport or valid ID or interview would be cancelled.
Turned up and met two lovely guys, one in which I had a semi formal interview and the other gave me a tour around the factory. After that I had to make 10 bath bombs from scratch as best I could with one of the workers there who was very helpful. I think as long as you show your hardworking, willing to learn and pick up things quickly you should get hired.
I got a call a few hours later on saying that I had gotten the job.
I think it helps that I am a fan of lush anyway and I worked for the company very briefly before. Not sure if all I hiring processes for the factory is that quick.
