I sent application form and after I Had an interview with department manager. After 2 days they called me with offer and I get this. I was on ballistics department on interview but they sent me to gifts.

What you know about company, why would you like there and where did u find information about recruitment
Really straight forward. Applied, heard back within a day or two via text saying I have an interview. Interview process was laid back, had me do a trial run of making a product (a bath bomb) and then went upstairs for the questions part of the interview.
Interview process was easy and good.I enjoyed it.The Interviewers have been very professional and open,which made it easier to have honest conversations,I am looking forward to the next steps.Thank you

Very relaxed welcome and no dress code (although dressed smart casual). Tried my hand at making a few products on the production floor
Was then asked a few questions about why I wanted to work there, any previous experience and future plans. What days can I do and availability to start
