Straight-forward and laid back. We went to the Barnes and Noble across the mall and had coffee during the interview. I had 2 interviews done within about a week and was notified about the position shortly after.

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.

Cool chill group interview they really care about the standards and ask questions about the role and get to know you better. Overall good experience nothing crazy just try to stand out
