Did a group zoom interview with a few hr and store team members and then went on to the next round with a 1-1 in person interview and the final round did a zoom 1-1 interview.
Good interview but when I asked about work life balance and her reply made it clear this is not the company I want to be at.

Was in a group setting, me and someone else as well as 2 managers. A lot of questions were situational, and they asked what our experience was like. (make sure your experience is relevant to the job you're applying to) If you do interview ask how they would define success in the role. they will tell you its based on KPI's.
Group interview with one interviewer and three candidates. one question asked to the group, each answer after another. first candidate to speak pass the question to the candidate of his or her choice.
