The interview was conducted as a large group where they initially took a picture of all of us. They presented a presentation of the company's history then proceeded to conduct group activities. Then there was individual interviews and a selling enactment.

Group interview over 6 hours, with visit of the store, group exercise, and individual interviews. Very polite but also quite unclear on what they were looking for and what to expect if you ended up working.
