Interview process is a little extreme for the type of work you do . I understand that they’re trying to get people who are passionate in selling and making their goals but 3 interviews for a job that doesn’t pay well is just a little crazy

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.

Cool chill group interview they really care about the standards and ask questions about the role and get to know you better. Overall good experience nothing crazy just try to stand out
First asked to submit a video answering few questions about myself and why I’d like to work for Louis Vuitton, than had two interviews (last one with the store manager)
