I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Applied in November. Finally got called to interview in February. Interviewed with three people who read questions directly off of a sheet. There were 8-10 behavioral questions and 3 technical questions. Interviewers were extremely nice and readily opened up about the position and the positions function in the team. Interviewers informed me that the HR department is very slow and that it will take 2-3 weeks to hear back.

Interview
I applied online through the career site. It was about two months before I received a call where they told me that they wanted to fly me out to Denver for a recruiting event. All travel expenses and food were paid for. I was given 3, 45 minute interviews, where I was asked 5 behavior questions that were required to be answered in STAR format. I was also given the opportunity to share my careers goals and ask questions to the interviewers. There were about 60 people that were interviewing that weekend for various jobs. After the interviews finished, they took us to the campus to have lunch and view some guest speakers. I was notified about 5 days later that I received the job, and about 5 days after that I received my offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Boulder, CO)
Interview
Probably the quickest process I've been through to get a job. Applied for position in Denver at first. I didn't hear anything back. Then I applied for the same position in Boulder about two months later. Got an email from recruiter saying I'd be a fit for the position and would be getting info about an interview soon. Didn't have a phone interview. Flew up to Denver about a week after initial contact in email for the interview. Interview was with three managers where they asked a variety of behavioral/situation questions about past experience. It was going well so then they asked about salary requirements at the end. Interview was on a Thursday and I was offered the job on the next Tuesday. So, from first email contact, the process took about two weeks. Tried to negotiate based on cost of living expenses, but was denied.
