Lockheed Martin Developer interview questions

2 Phone Interviews with a manager, very few technical questions. Mostly behavioral questions They have an interview day with many candidates. In person interview followed the "STAR" method of interviewing. Very few technical questions.

It was a simple process. 30 minute phone interview with questions on my past project. I applied through my university and got the interview within a couple of weeks. Overall it was a smooth experience with nothing out of the ordinary. No surprises. They talked abou the different roles you can expect to work on for the company.
