I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Oct 2021
Interview
Applied online, got a quick response for an interview over Zoom, no OA completed or sent to me. Met with a few members of their recruitment team before the actual interview (University Relations member, HR staff). Actual interview was with a Software Engineering team manager. He was super polite and asked a few questions about experiences off my resume (mostly asked about my projects and what tech stacks I have used in the past). Asked more questions diving further into what tech I have experience using (SQL, languages, database systems, etc.). Last question was a coding question, asked how I would go about solving it. Gave me 2 options and asked me to pick which one I wanted to answer.

I had a phone interview. It was mostly behavioral questions. They ask a couple basic coding questions. They ask about your resume also and how good you are at certain languages. Example: from 1-5 how well do you know Java.
