I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Called for interview with only few days notice.
Very informal interview with some representatives of Lidl.
Very friendly and welcoming, made me feel very at ease. This helped me relax greatly.

Question 1
Asked lot to questions relevant to my CV and application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lidl in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone screening followed by an in person interview. The only negative from the interview experience was that the two HR directors evading answering questions about the local office culture when asked. This is likely due to the overall negative reviews for that particular office, but I would have liked an explanation for why things seem so negative there.
Seemed like a good opportunity, but they were also pitching low-ball numbers for salary.

Question 1
What four words would your current coworkers use to describe you?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl (Arlington, VA) in Dec 2015
Interview
There was a telephone screen with the Recruiter, followed by skype interview, and then an in-person interview for which I was also asked to deliver a presentation. Over the course of these interviews, things moved fairly quickly and everyone at Lidl was very friendly. After the last interview, I was told I would hear a decision within 1 week. This was almost 2 months ago and I still never heard anything despite following up with the Recruiter twice. The job has now been re-posted. It really is fine if they decided I wasn't a good fit, but after putting so much time into interviews and preparing a presentation, not closing the loop (and actually ignoring) the candidate shows a real lack of professional courtesy. If it weren't for that, I would have said the interview experience was positive despite not receiving an offer.
