Interview
It was a very straightforward interview process, but it did take a bit of time. I applied to a position directly on LM's site, waited about a month, then a recruiter reached out for an initial ~30 minute call. After the initial call, I had two 1 hour long behavioral interviews then an hour coding test. The whole interview process took about a month, not including the initial month long wait before hearing from the recruiter; this isn't necessarily a negative, but something to be aware of.
Each stage was clearly described, so I was well-informed going into it.
interview was very good. the people were nice and friendly and the interview itself was structured very good and was on time. i have no compaints at all. would highly recommend

Interview
Had a video call interview after the online assessment submission. Questions were asked about React core and vanila JS. Interviewers never reached back. Overall it was not very technical but the experience of process was somewhat very bad.
