Recruiter contacted my via email then we spoke on the phone then i did an online test then he sent my resume to the north Andover branch manager we spoke set up a time to meet and interview ,it went well I was offered a second interview I had to create a marketing plan and do a presentation then some cold calls the interview lasted three and a half hours it went well she told me there was one more interview with the area manager and she was going to contact me a day or two later to set up a time and date it's now been a few weeks I've called numerious times its very obvious she is avoiding me every time I call someone else answers asks who I am then puts me on hold and come back to say oh she's eating lunch or she's in the bathroom in a meeting she will call you right back every excuse in the book I've left voice mails after voice mail I find it to be very unprofessional and misleading....bottom line it's not what you know it's who you know......
