I am still in the process of interviewing, Phone interview discussed potential income and training program. All my questions. The online test too aprox an hour. It was divided into 4 sections starting with Math, the Math was pretty hard. The rest was mostly questons about your personality.
Started with phone interview which was not too bad at all. I was asked basic questions like why I wanted to work for them and about my sales experience. Then later I received an email about setting up a video interview with manager

started with a headhunter phone call, recommended to local manager for another phone call, then I had another phone interview and then two in person interviews with additional layers of managers

Over the phone, simple interview nothing too complex. He asked why I want to work for them, how do I feel about commission pay? what is my current position? How many years of sales experience do I have ?
