I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Laing O'Rourke (Dartford, Angleterre) in Jan 2016
Interview
Standard procedure of application, online tests, telephone interview then assessment centre. telephone interview was general competency questions and was quite easy. assessment centre involved a group discussion, presentation (which also included producing a report), and a one-to-one interview. the presentation/report section was defintely the most difficult as they gave us very little time to prepare (40 mins for report, 15 mins for presentation) then the presentation itself was 10 mins.
