I applied online. I interviewed at Laing O'Rourke (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
Online interview which u had to prepare and answer for pre recorded questions some were generic questions about you while the rest were questions about the company and the role so research is needed,
Application online waited a few weeks for response. Online interview pre recorded had three questions to answer and record your response about the company and the role. And the next stage was an assessment centre

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Laing O'Rourke (Mountain Home, AR) in Mar 2021
Interview
One way interview - comprised of 8 questions, 60 seconds to review the question and 90 or 120 seconds to answer. You could re-answer the same question up to 3 times straight away. Entire interview could not be redone at a later date.

Question 1
Some of the questions were fairly generic questions about yourself as an individual, how do you feel about travelling, what are your two strongest skills/attributes etc.... Generic questions about engineering, what attracted you to civil's, what interests you and any experience..... Final type of questions were based about Laing O'rourke, regarding why did you apply to them, what can you offer to the company etc....
Understanding I was not successful in this stage and that there were stronger applicants than me. My main issue is that after multiple steps in getting to this stage, recruitment promised feedback and after chasing 3/4 times over a couple of months Laing O'rourke just ignored all queries requesting feedback to improve performance in the future. If feedback was never going to be given they should just say outright feedback will not be given as many other companies do.
