Test. Take the test first. It is difficult. Pass the in person interview that is hours long. Make sure you kiss up to the managers and play nice so that you can pass the personality interview. Be prepared for tough technical questions. Needs to have good problem solving skills

Aptitude test - Phone screen - Technical Interview - Executive interview - Reference check. After those above, they wanted me to have a medical check to figure out if I have any issues on health
It has 2 rounds. First is the interview with Vietnam manager to check the English skills. After that is the interview with HQ in Korea also in English via Teams.
