Interview
the process began with submitting my tailored resume and cover letter. After an initial screening call with a recruiter to discuss my background and interest in marketing, I was tasked with analyzing a marketing campaign.
Following that, I had a first-round interview where I answered questions about my experiences and marketing knowledge. I then progressed to a second-round interview with the human resources person, which included case study questions and a presentation of my analysis.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
