Je n'ai pas été retenue mais j'ai eu un échange téléphonique par la suite avec la RH pour m'indiquer pourquoi ma candidature n'avait pas été retenue et les pistes d'amélioration.

Very direct. 3 rounds. Very quickly if they’re interested. HR, hiring manager, department head. First was a teams call, second and third rounds in person. I applied 3 months ago and was called back two months after.
