Had a first HR interview at the L'Oréal HQ in Paris after an on-campus recruitment. The ITW was mostly about HR basics, with a pathetic attempt to draw up a psychological profile with a "pick a picture and tell me why you chose this one" exercise. Nothing too bad except that L'Oreal asked you to take almost half a day off on your own to take an interview but I have not hear anything from them afterwards. Candidates are fine with not receiving an offer but I find it highly disrespectful to let them wait forever.
