Very easy interview process. Met directly with the HR VP, Group President and CEO. All very nice individuals in the interview process. They talk a lot about the work, but not specifically about how the company is truly structured. Be sure to flush this out before moving forward. Also ensure that you are clear on the reporting lines and promotion opportunities. This is typically very vague in the interview process. Don't let them sell you a dream.
