I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hammersmith, Angleterre)
Interview
Applied on the company's website. Was then asked to complete a numerical test - not too difficult but it is crucial to remain focused while completing it.
I was then invited to a phone interview (only given half a day to prepare). The HR interviewee was very friendly and made the experience comfortable. Be sure to prepare examples for all competencies to make it easier for you to answer!
Was then invited to assessment day, which I am now preparing for!
The interview process consisted of a case interview and a competencies interview. Both were great and the interviewers were really friendly. I enjoyed the process however I did not receive feedback post interview.
First stage was a questionnaire that involved answering two written questions and one video question. It was done through a form medium and you could record yourself for the final question
