j'ai déposé le cv ensuite elle m'a convoqué en entretien, je lui est proposé un e-interview (vu la distance) elle a refusé. l'entretien a duré que 15mn la personne était très désagréable et pas du tout professionnel que j'ai cru que c'était une stagiaire, malheureusement au Maroc on privilégie pas les compétences, quand l'entretien a pris sa fin elle m'a dit que j'aurai un deuxième entretien avec l'équipe marketing, le comble c'est 3 jours plutard elle m'envoie que je n'étais pas prise. l'orgeuil de cette personne a reflété l'image de l'oréal et depuis j'utilise moins leur produits

Interview
Initial resume screening, only 2 rounds. First round was short interview to gauge personality match and team work. Second round was more rigorous and lasted over 2 hours where we participated in a case study.

Q: What are some things you do in your free time, and how do you balance your work and other aspects of your life?
The recruiter was late first of all, and also she literally asked me the most odd question regarding if I had a dream job which job would it be? Girl I’m applying for the job right now, there is no other job I would want. She also seemed just not interested in the interview, like what’s up with these lame recruiters? Blah blah blah, next!
It was relatively easy but they're looking for specific answers. Make sure you talk with someone who works there. They want to hear that you are curious about learning and driven.
