I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Londres, Angleterre) in Nov 2016
Interview
Luckily I skipped the initial CV hand-in and telephone interview and went straight to assessment centre after my university held a L'Oréal Lock-in practice assessment centre and I was fast-tracked. The process was still quite long and they took their time getting back to me. However they do give feedback which is very useful.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
