I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Apr 2026
Interview
"The interview process took approximately 4–6 weeks and was fairly average in terms of timeline. The interview itself lasted around 30 minutes and was conducted by both the HR representative and the Head of Department. The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Most of the questions were behavioral and situational, focusing on past experiences, problem-solving skills, and how I would handle different workplace scenarios."
Was invited to complete an interview with Aesop. Not sure if it was the same for everyone else. The interview process was your average grad program interview. Asked the typical motivational and behavioural questions. Had unlimited time to prepare for each question.
I interviewed at L'Oréal (Copenhague, Hovedstaden)
Interview
Straightforward, not a monolog or an interrogation. Quite short, but got to ask questions too. The interviewer was very nice. I would suggest to know the company background and your motivation for the company
