Interviewing process was very low-key. They brought me to a room in the back of the store and asked a few questions about my background and previous job experience. It was a relaxed environment

asked a couple questions about my strengths/weaknesses and a time I helped resolve customer concerns
Very easy straightforward, sitting down with maanger to go over expectations, availability, flexibility, and other benefits. No really hard pressing questions maybe took about 15 minutes or so. Heard back within a couple days later
two interviews:
phone screen with HR that was relatively quick and easy, then behavioral interview and technical interview lasting one and a half hours, including 'tell me about a time when...' and Excel proficiency
