Nach einer sehr kurzen Vorstellung des Backgrounds durch beide Parteien geht der Arbeitgeber sofort dazu über, die bisherigen Erfahrungen des Bewerbers zu überprüfen. Etwa 30 Minuten lang drehten sich alle Fragen fast ausschließlich um die Erfahrungen im Praktikum, abgesehen von 5 Minuten Small Talk. Es gab sehr wenig Personal Fit-bezogene Inhalte.
