Interview
Didn't go beyond the phone interview. The reason for denial was the cadidate has to meet the requirements to sit for a CPA exam with 150 credits completed as of the interview date. Was told that it was very competitive since many candidates met the requirement.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
