You get in, they casually talk about themselves and the business then integrate the questions into the convo. Id say to offer a strong handshake or seem confident to leave a good first impression. There might be a tour of the place after the interview (not sure tho)

Was your standard interview questions, getting to know you, your strengths/weaknesses, why you applied, why KFC specifically, then moved onto situation questions, customer service questions and then JOB related questions like availability etc.

They have you complete an online form then invite you for an interview. They ask very entry level questions to gauge your personality, for example "tell me about yourself", "what are your hobbies".
