I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KFC (Blacktown) in Nov 2012
Interview
The questions were fairly basic, asking if I had previous work experience (which I did not at the time), what career was I aiming on etc. Basically trying to get an idea of your personality so they can sift through the applicants (which there were quite a few). One of the questions that made me a bit nervous was how long I planned on working at KFC because I was unsure whether they only wanted people willing to work for a few years.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at KFC (Oneida, TN) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was easy and great. The manager was very nice. I was asked to take a drug test. I did and passed. I had to fill out some things online. Was told how many hours I will work per week and how many days I would be working. Overall, it was a very good experience.
