I dropped off a resume in August, I guess they were not hiring at that point. They called me and asked me to come in for an interview, I told them when my hours were being cut I would call them. Called them mid October. Had an interview scheduled. When I went into the interview the manager gave me a cup to get something to drink.

The hiring process was not awful. I had applied and didn't hear back for about a month, but after they called me it moved pretty quickly. I had two interviews. One with the assistant and one with the manager. They do two so they can make sure they like you. They were very friendly.

Fill out application on line. Met with restaurant manager next day. I did have a resume. She ask me to go over my resume. The interview question was, where do I see myself in five years? Had to explain in detail. The interview lasted 45 minutes. Had to due a drug and background check. The hiring process is about 5 days

The most difficult question was where do I see myself doing in s years? I concluded that the company wanted to see how committed you would be if they hired you. Or, if you have applying for another job until to find something you like and leave.
