Interview
Applied online to specific branches and was contacted by a manager to come in for an interview. Interview questions were not difficult, just to understand what type of person you are. Asked to describe examples of teamwork, and problem solving. And also asked how you would respond to common customer service scenarios (unsatisfied customer, etc)

Describe a situation where you demonstrated team work
The interview was standard, all of the usual questions one might expect for a job vacation such as this one (Customer Service Representative). It didn't take too long as well.
