Interviewed with a senior level water engineer, mid level civil engineer and a recruiter. Typical interview questions with some behavioral questions. Had feedback after the interview and decided to go with another graduate with more local experience than me
2-1 conversation, mix of behavioural and motivational questions. Talk about professional experience, internship experience, uni experience. Presentation is key. Motivation also very important. Past work experience highly regarded. It was a relaxing interview.
