After resume shortlisting, interview was scheduled very quickly.
Managerial round: expectations from project and my end were discussed with my roles and responsibilities in my past projects
Technical round (in person): questions from each project described in the resume along with few interesting design and architecture based questions from their project context plus couple of code snippets were discussed
HR round: discussed about the company and my expectation. Finally details of the offer was well explained.
Throughout the process the interviewers were pleasant and discussion was to the point. HR was following-up regularly till the completion of the process.
