Their recruit assistant Emma will schedule interviews with recruiter but recruiter will not join the telephonic interview. She will not respond to emails too. I was wondering how come only 22 people applied for their role when it’s 700 or 800 applicants in 2-3 days for other companies. Now I know the reason. It’s the culture of the company that made applicants stay away from here. I will also stay away from now
Interview was fairly easy. Local level people are pretty good but the upper management is a joke. The Sales people don’t work on commission but on quota. So if you have a rough start to you year, you have to play catchup all year.
