Johnson Controls interview questions

I met the HR recruiters at a casual venue and hit it off. They are looking for people that can talk and laugh with a customer and still be able to offer the engineering support to their products and services. I video interviewed with sales manager, and it was like talking to a friend the whole time.

First round was aptitude test. 60 questions within 60 mins. Quantitative was very easy. Rs agarwal would suffice. Logical reasoning was very tough and lengthy. And technical questions were mostly from process control and industrial. Out of 1000 candidates only 80 was selected after the first round. The next round was technical interview that was held after 2 hours the same day. It was totally on process control core concepts , industrial and sensor . It was a little tough. It was a 1:1 round. Those who passed this round were called up at 12.30 am night to join their last round on the next day morning. Last round was a 5:1 round. It included technical hr and demonstration. After after that results were announced at 8pm night. I was the first name called out from instrumentation.
