The interview consisted of both technical and behavioural questions. Management doing the hiring was very easy to get along with. They cared about getting to know me and made me feel relaxed.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
A phone call to verify interest in working with the company, a phone interview, an interview at the plant and a second interview at the plant. The whole process was pleasant and professional. Everyone I interviewed with knew what kind of person they were looking for. Personality, ethics, leadership, and wisdom and knowledge were important.
Interview went normal. Lasted for about 1 hour. Started with self introduction, then past experiences and then few technical questions. Questions were not too hard to answer but made me to think. Followed by few HR question and description of job in details. Atmosphere was quite friendly.
