Professional. Initial interview was coordinated through recruiter. They worked with me to schedule a mutually convenient time.
The interview had the usual questions of experience and why I was looking for a change and why I was interested in Johnson Controls. The benefits package was too good to ignore and sold me on the position, if it was offered.
A more in-depth follow up interview had me meet potential team members with deeper questions about my experience and what I could expect if offered the position.
Finally an official offer came from the service manager followed up by HR; Then some simple paperwork and drug screening.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls in May 2016
Interview
Interview held on Johnson Controls, Commerzone IT Park, Yerwada, Pune. Interview was good and the requirement is of my interest. I like the company's infrastructure and as the discussion with interviewer I believe the work will be in niche MS technologies which can be a factor for long term association with the company. First round is the technical test followed by technical interview. Still waiting for the result.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Burscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia) in Dec 2014
Interview
Finance Position may be quicker in-taking than others, due to month-end closing Deadline issues if there are no back-up. so the whole process took 1month including Christmas, interview before Christmas, but offer got after it. and 1 directing finance Manager, 2 HR (one Senior) and another is finance staff who worked for this Position before. and questions are like normal, whole process lasted 1hour and 30min.
