Interview process started with 30 minute informal interview via phone. Was passed onto hiring manager and helper for a 45 minute phone interview. Questions were mostly casual and directly related to job needs rather than behavioral.
I gave 3 round of interviews along with one assessment test, it was totally virtual interview and a smooth process. I enjoyed it. I gave 3 round of interviews along with one assessment test, it was totally virtual interview and a smooth process. I enjoyed it.
Scheduling was all over the place. Emails, phone calls, several rescheduled due to company conflict. Interviewer didn’t show up. I withdrew from the process following. Didn’t seem like this was a priority for the company.
