I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Singapour) in Oct 2023
Interview
The Hiring Manager/VP's lack of professionalism is evident in the initial intent to offer the role, only to abruptly withdraw the offer and raise unfounded integrity concerns. This stands in stark contrast to the unanimous endorsement of the hiring by all interviewers and the company President. The offer was ultimately rescinded to favor the Hiring Manager/VP's non-Singaporean friend, despite their lack of relevant experience for the position.
