Final interview: One presentation 45 mins (prepare it well before the assessment day) + behavioural interview 45 mins took part in an interview that gave you the chance to show your motivation towards the role and programme at JLR. You were then asked to asnwer future focused questions that presented you with a scenario that you may face at JLR, which allowed you to explain how you may behave in a certain situation. In the presentation our assessors were reviewing the way you approached and tackled the task for the specific brief you were set, along with your demonstration of some of their core behaviours. Nothing too technical, interviewed by HR.
