Assessment day with various tasks to be completed in groups. Challenging but fun. Good chance to meet people you may end up working with. Whole day process with managers that work there, not outsourced.

What company values align with you the most and how do you show that?
A full day which was very nicely set up at a hotel with food and drinks. Staff were kind and helped where they could. They also help try to relieve the pressure.

There was a presentation and a main interview.
The presentation was about yourself and how you could have an impact on the company.
The questions for the interview were mostly on their creator's code and scenario-based.
