Very laid back they were desperate for mechanics. I was interviewed by the Service manager and two foremen. It was more of a formality than an interview which should have been my first red flag.

What kind of experience do you have with luxury vehicles
Quick phone call gauging interest and skill set as a mechanic. Discussions about what I've done that relevant and why a slight career change at this point. Also asking what sections I would like to work in.
