The HR department are notoriously difficult in responding quickly to the needs of the line manager and agencies do not get to know of the status of their applicants position. Fortunately my agency DID manage to deal informally directly with the hiring manager and HR requirements completed later. Very pleasant line manager who bought his assistant in too, who had actually dome the particular job.

Interview
Great process with a lot of information about the job. I was interview over a zoom call, however it was a lovely interview i did not feel nervous as they were very chilled out.
3 rounds of interviews in total. first with HR, then with line manager and finally with the MD. Have to do a quick excel test before the first round of interviews. Questions during the interview were fairly simple, mostly on your experiences and expectations of the new job.
