2 stages of assessment Online Competency Test (basic mathematics / statistical analysis) and a Personality Questionnaire Assessment Centre within group of nationwide students. Mixture of 1-1 interview (competency based) and group activities (scenario based).

I attended an assessment centre with a group of 12 candidates. We were split into 2 groups and performed various activities. There was an individual interview, a presentation about a project I had previously completed, and a group exercise where we had to decide on a supplier for a particular component.
