I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at JCDecaux (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2016
Interview
Got a call from my recruiter on a tuesday for a Group assessment day of 8 people on thursday. Introduction of yourself 2 mins, group activity, random on the spot questions and maths test.. narrowed down to 3 candidates.. all do a presentation 1 by 1 on a brief provided in advance. Hard work but fun and beautiful offices.
I applied online. I interviewed at JCDecaux (New York, NY)
Interview
To be honest, it was not a great experience. They were 10-25 minutes late to all four of my interviews, and there was a clear lack of communication amongst company members. They claimed to be a diverse environment and promote from within, but it seemed they just made extra positions instead of actually promoting women within the company. They used a lot of intimidation tactics in the interviews rather than giving a clear description of what the actual job entails. When I mentioned how thrilled I was with their mission statement and environmental goals, I was laughed at and told "We can't save the world". It seems this company does not actually believe in nor care about its environmental goals. They want someone who will keep their head down and just do whatever they are told. I was relieved not to work here.
