Someone from HR called me and told me a bit more about the role. She asked me a couple of basic question about my experience, but she seemed to be more interested in highlighting the salary they wanted to offer and that they couldn’t go above and offer more. The call lasted max 10 minutes and she said she would let me know by the end of the week if they decided to proceed with my application. I never heard back from them, until I received a generic rejection email 2 months after that phone call. Waste of time and terrible candidate experience
