I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Pékin, Pékin) in Mar 2015
Interview
First it was a phone interview last about one hour, questioning theories on C++ and Object Oriented design. Then it was an on-site interview with the manager of the department. The manager asked some questions about behavioral questions and non-technical ones. Afterwards, I talked with one group members. And the group member told me that the manager actually does not stress to much on technical field. Finally the results came out about one week after the interviews and I was simply not selected.
