Intel Corporation Design Engineer interview questions

My interview panel consists of 3 people with different job functions. One does verification, one does backend, while the other does timing. Because of that the questions asked are very broad. Later on I found out that this has something to do with the nature of the organization as well. They are looking for person who knows a little about everything rather than with in-depth knowledge about a specific area. The interview lasts for 1.5 hours.
